Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician I in Lancaster, PA. The role provides support to the Maintenance team, driving initiatives to improve performance, quality and safety in the plant. Reponsibilities include running processing equipment, housekeeping per GMPs, and ensuring food safety and quality.

You will work a 6PM to 6AM rotating shift with overtime potential. Experience in food manufacturing and strong communication skills are preferred; the employer emphasizes inclusion and

About the Role

The Maintenance Technician I role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Competitive compensation: earn $33.25 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime!
• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

Important Details

This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 6PM to 6AM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.

About You

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus!
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providingeffective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.
