What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and prioritize high-impact research opportunities aligned with business goals and user needs
- Conduct foundational and tactical research studies, utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods
- Design and execute end-to-end research studies including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and concept testing
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources, employing statistical methods
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in user/UX research within consumer products or product development
- Proficient in conducting in-depth interviews, concept testing, and usability testing
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting findings to cross-functional teams
- Must have an online research portfolio or PDF showcasing your process and contributions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with behavioral segmentation or persona development
- Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
- UX/UI design experience
