Job summary

Standard Process Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Mix/Mill/Granulation Operator to produce ingredients and follow GMPs and SOPs. Responsibilities include weighing, mixing, labeling, and maintaining batch records; ensuring formulas are correct and inventories are accurate.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, math skills, and reliable, punctual work ethic. 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in a food processing environment preferred.
• Experience as a machine operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment per MMR, GMPs and SOPs.
• Add batch ingredients and ensure formulas are correct.
• Place ingredients in mixer and monitor processing.
• Record batch sheets, labels, and inventory movements.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform changeovers and sanitation.
