Job summary

GardenCore LLC is seeking a Mix Line Operator to operate plant machinery per safety policies and procedures, producing a high-quality product.

You will read specifications, set machine parameters, monitor for defects, perform routine maintenance, and ensure timely production while maintaining clean work areas. The role includes benefits such as retirement savings, health coverage, disability and life insurance, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation instructions.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 lbs.
• Work in a safe, orderly, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Read job specs to determine machine adjustments.
• Set stops or guides to required lengths.
• Observe machine operation for defects or malfunctions.
• Check product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Assist others with setup and tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Operate a bagging/soil line.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.
