Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration in Washington is seeking a Senior Technician to perform water mitigation and emergency restoration services, with opportunities to lead projects based on experience.

You must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift 75 pounds, and be willing to work overtime and CAT-call events. Join a team dedicated to safe, high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more.
• Experience in water mitigation/restoration or construction preferred.
• Leadership experience is a plus for Senior Technicians.
• Overtime and emergency-call availability required.
• Night/weekend/extended hours during CAT events may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation services in accordance with Paul Davis and industry standards.
• Assist with or lead projects depending on experience level.
• Provide emergency services including: Water mitigation, Tarping, Board-up, Mold remediation.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment.
• Remove damaged building materials and contents as needed.
• Maintain accurate job documentation using company technology platforms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process.
• Work alongside team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship.

Pay Rate: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more
• Previous water mitigation, restoration, or construction experience preferred
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus for Senior Technician candidates
• Availability to work overtime and respond to emergency call-outs as needed
• Nights, weekends, and extended hours may be required during Catastrophe (CAT) events and large-scale disaster response situations
