Job description

Position Summary
RTC Restoration & Renovation, a 24-hour emergency service company specializing in restoration for water, fire, and mold damage, has an immediate need for a Lead Restoration Technician.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise water, mold, fire/smoke mitigation projects
• Delegate tasks (demolition, equipment setup, cleaning)
• Use PSA, MICA to set equipment, monitor and take job photos
• Communicate with customers about timelines and issues
• Address complaints and suggest improvements
• Complete work on time and meet expectations
• Coordinate with adjusters, sub-contractors, business partners
• Maintain stocked, clean, and serviced mitigation vehicle
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and functional
• Keep work areas organized and safe
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Be on-call 1 week/month and during storm surges

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in MICA or similar moisture mapping software
• Ability to sketch rooms & create scopes for PM/Estimator
• Verbal & written communication skills
• Follow directions and procedures
• Lift up to 75 lbs without assistance

Education & Experience

• Minimum 1-year restoration technician experience
• ICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) – preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Pass full background check
