Job summary

PuroClean of Wakefield is seeking a full-time Restoration and Remediation Technician to serve the north shore and surrounding areas. You will inspect damage, remove unsalvageable materials, stage equipment, and support customers with a professional, courteous approach.

Experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation is a plus, and IICRC certifications are beneficial but not required. We offer competitive pay, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement in a growing franchise.

Qualifications

• IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
• Experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration a plus but not required.
• 1-year experience in Water, Fire, Mold Mitigation a plus but not required.
• Driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged property.
• Physically remove building materials that cannot be saved (e.g. drywall, flooring, insulation).
• Physically stage equipment.
• Load and unload company vehicle.
• Must be able to drive company vehicle.
• Must have ability to document work performed.
• Must maintain consistent direct customer contact that is courteous and respectful.
