We’re seeking a Water & Mold Damage Technician who’s ready to get hands-on and grow with us.

This role involves fieldwork such as water extraction, structural drying, demolition, mold remediation, equipment setup, and more. You will work directly with property owners to restore homes and businesses after disasters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform water damage mitigation, including extraction, drying, dehumidification, and monitoring
• Conduct mold remediation following industry standards (containment, air scrubbers, demolition, cleaning)
• Document job conditions accurately using mobile software (photos, notes, moisture readings)
• Set up and remove drying equipment and containment barriers
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and leadership
• Be available for occasional on-call and emergency after-hours work
• Assist in selling the job, signing contracts, and providing customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics), and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Experience in restoration, construction, or mitigation preferred
• IICRC certifications (WRT, AMRT, etc.) are a plus but not required; we will invest in training the right candidate
