Maintco in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Mitigation Technician to perform demolition, debris removal, water extraction, and site stabilization for residential and commercial settings. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in crawlspaces/attics as needed.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments and with power tools.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain a professional appearance.
• Willingness to be on‑call on a rotating basis after training.
