In this role, you will be on the front lines, helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage. Your expertise will ensure that properties are cleaned, dried, and restored to their pre-loss condition as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency water, fire, and mold damage calls promptly.
• Assess property damage and determine the best mitigation procedures.
• Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and demolition work as needed.
• Remove, clean, and restore damaged property and materials.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filters.
• Perform mold remediation procedures following industry best practices.
• Assist in fire damage cleanup, including soot and smoke odor removal.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including photos, moisture readings, and job notes.
• Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in water, fire, and mold restoration (preferred but not required - we will train the right person!).
• IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology for job tracking and documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record - Company vehicle provided for work-related travel.
• Ability to work on-call for emergency responses, including some nights and weekends.
