Job summary

Accentuin, LLC is seeking an experienced Mitigation Superintendent to oversee mitigation projects from initial inspection through completion. This hands-on role requires guiding field teams, keeping multiple projects moving, and ensuring safety and accurate documentation.

You will communicate with customers, adjusters, technicians, and the Mitigation Project Manager, supervise technicians, and monitor moisture maps while controlling costs and delivering quality restoration work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on water mitigation experience and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of restoration processes, insurance claims, and moisture mapping.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using project documentation tools; MICA and PSA helpful.

The Opportunity

They’re looking for an experienced Mitigation Superintendent to oversee mitigation projects from initial inspection through completion. This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows water mitigation, can keep multiple projects moving, and can confidently guide a field team when the day doesn’t exactly go according to plan.

What You’ll Own

• Lead technicians and field execution across multiple active mitigation projects.
• Inspect losses, establish scope, moisture map, monitor dry-outs, and oversee projects through completion.
• Keep jobs safe, organized, properly documented, and moving according to scope.
• Communicate with customers, adjusters, technicians, and the Mitigation Project Manager throughout each project.
• Manage field equipment and resources while keeping an eye on project costs, quality, and performance.

What You Bring

• Hands‑on water mitigation experience and previous supervisory, lead, or superintendent experience.
• Working knowledge of restoration processes, insurance claims, and moisture mapping.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort using technology for project documentation and management; MICA and PSA experience is a plus.
• IICRC WRT certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain it.

The Real Deal

Restoration doesn't always happen between 8am and 5pm. This position may participate in an on‑call rotation, work extended hours when project volume requires it, and respond during catastrophic events. It's also a hands‑on field role requiring the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
