Job summary

Accentuin, LLC seeks a Mitigation Project Manager to lead field operations, coordinate the Mitigation Superintendent, Lead Technician, and crews, and ensure safe, high-quality work on restoration projects.

You will manage project roll-out, schedule jobs, obtain approvals, monitor budgets, and build strong relationships with insurance adjustors, agents, customers, and vendors while maintaining OSHA-compliant site safety.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in restoration or mitigation.
• Mitigation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and guidelines.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Branch Manager and supervise the Mitigation Superintendent, Lead Technician, and laborers.
• Manage mitigation activities, create work orders, schedule jobs, and obtain approvals.
• Collaborate with Team Coordinator on admin tasks, inspections, and collections.
• Develop relationships with insurance agents, adjustors, customers, and vendors.
• Oversee operations to ensure safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Ensure site safety per OSHA and company policies.
• Own profit and loss on assigned projects.
• Learn, implement, and maintain construction operations understanding.
• Be trained in PSA, XactAnalysis, Xactimate, MICA.
• Obtain Xactimate Level 1 certification.
• Utilize server and cloud tech (Xactimate, Microsoft Office, PSA, document management).
• Foster relationships with team, clients, subcontractors, vendors.
• Monitor budgeting, approve requests, achieve profit margins.
• Monitor performance data, anticipate and solve problems.
• Inspect jobsite to establish scope, confirm with insured and adjustor.
• Field customer questions and lead problem resolution.
• Ensure weekly vehicle inspection.
• Be willing to work 40+ hours, on-call during catastrophic events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Mitigation Project Managers:

• Manage mitigation activities for project roll-out, including creating work orders, scheduling jobs, requesting approvals from insurance adjustors, and scheduling start and completion dates.

• Work with Team Coordinator to execute administrative tasks, schedule inspections, and manage collections.

• Develop positive relationships with insurance agents, adjustors, customers, and vendors.

• Oversee divisional restoration andmitigationsoperations to ensure operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and employee safety.

• Ensure project personneloperatea safe job site per OSHA requirements and Companypolicies and procedures.

• Assume primary responsibility for profit and loss on assigned projects.

• Lead the Mitigation team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Field customer questions and lead team in problem resolution.

• Ensure team completes weekly vehicle inspection.

• Willingto work 40+ hours per week when needed.

• Be on call during catastrophic events.

Qualifications

• Project management experience, preferably in the restoration industry.

• Mitigation experience.

• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards, and guidelines.

• IICRC certification in WRTpreffered

• Knowledge of budgeting jobs, approving order requests, and achieving profit margins.

• Ability to lift 75 pounds and enter confined spaces and climb ladders.

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.

• Pass a background check and drug screening.
