Team Qualifications (Must Have Requirements):
- Minimum 1+ year(s) of experience as a Restoration Technician
- Proven dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs frequently
- Must successfully pass a background check and motor‑vehicle record check in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform high‑level water mitigation, tarping, board‑up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager
- Maintain focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on‑call schedule
- Assist in warehousing and facility‑related tasks when necessary
- Assist other team members as opportunities arise and lead the team when needed
