Job summary

Paul Davis is seeking a Mitigation Technician to serve communities in times of need, performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, and related services under supervision. You will focus on delivering world‑class customer service, maintain a stocked truck, participate in on‑call rotations, and support warehousing tasks, with potential for advancement.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

• High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on‑call schedule as necessary.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• Assist other team members and serve as a leader when needed.
