SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is expanding its Mitigation Department and seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mitigation operations. You will oversee planning, budgeting, staff development, and customer satisfaction while ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction management experience, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication across all levels of the organization.
• 5+ years management experience in Construction Industry.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Strong decision making and leadership skills.
• High school diploma/GED, college degree preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, budgeting, goals, and development of the Division.
• Lead a team of Estimators and Technicians for fire, water, and damage-related reconstruction.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with owner, managers, team members, property owners, and clients.
• Oversee project estimating, job costing, and quality control for jobs.
• Ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Assist with human resources and training functions, including recruiting, hiring, and development.
• Ensure job processes and safety protocols are followed.
