Job summary

RUI Holdings in Lenexa, KS is seeking a skilled Mitigation Project Manager to lead water and fire mitigation projects from start to finish. The role requires strong field inspections, plan development, and effective communication with homeowners, property managers, and insurers.

You will supervise crews and subcontractors, track costs, and ensure documentation and quality standards are met. Candidates should have IICRC WRT certification, a clean MVR, a valid driver's license, and at least five

• IICRC WRT certification required.
• Clean MVR and valid driver's license.
• 5 years mitigation experience.
• Ability to pass background check.
• TPA experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage water, fire, and other mitigation projects from assignment to completion.
• Perform inspections and develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and other involved parties.
• Coordinate and oversee mitigation crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, equipment, materials, labor, and job costs.
• Ensure proper documentation, photographs, moisture readings, daily logs, and project notes are completed.
• Prepare estimates and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Communicate regularly with customers and insurance carriers regarding project status.
• Identify changes in scope and communicate them promptly.
• Ensure work is performed according to industry standards and company expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Help resolve issues as they arise and keep projects moving toward completion.
