SERVPRO is seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to join our Arnold, MD team. This role focuses on overseeing active water, fire, and mold mitigation projects, coordinating crews, equipment, and scheduling, and ensuring on-site progress and proper documentation.

The ideal candidate has restoration experience, IICRC certification, and strong communication skills to liaise with homeowners, adjusters, and managers while driving timely project completion.

Mitigation Project Manager

Location: Arnold, MD

Pay: $70,000-$85,000 per year + performance bonus

SERVPRO is looking for an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to join our team. We operate out of our Arnold office and handle water, fire, mold and other restoration work throughout our service area.

We are looking for someone who already has restoration experience and understands how mitigation jobs run. This person will work directly with our Director of Mitigation and help oversee active jobs, field crews, customers and the day-to-day production of the department.

This is not an entry-level position. Restoration experience and current IICRC certification are required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage multiple active water, fire and mold mitigation jobs
• Oversee and support crew chiefs and technicians in the field
• Visit jobs and make sure work is progressing properly
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and scheduling needs
• Review job scopes, photos, drying documentation and job notes
• Communicate with homeowners, adjusters and property managers
• Meet adjusters and other parties on site when needed
• Help crews work through issues that come up in the field
• Monitor drying progress and equipment needs
• Make sure jobs are properly documented and completed
• Assist with larger losses and emergency restoration jobs
• Work closely with our Director of Mitigation, estimating and office staff

What We're Looking For

• Previous water/fire restoration or mitigation experience
• Current IICRC certification
• Strong understanding of water mitigation and structural drying
• Experience managing restoration jobs and/or field crews
• Good communication with customers and employees
• Ability to manage multiple active jobs at the same time
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Experience with Xactimate, DryBook or similar restoration software is a plus.

Pay & Benefits

$70,000-$85,000 base salary depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance bonus opportunity.

We have an experienced team of project management staff, crew chiefs, technicians, estimating and office support already in place. We're looking for another strong person who knows the restoration business, communicates well and can help keep jobs and crews moving.
