Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services seeks a Mitigation Foreman to lead restoration projects on site, support the Project Manager, and oversee production workflows. The role requires hands-on leadership, safety emphasis, and clear communication with team members and subcontractors.

You will be responsible for supervising crews, relocating materials, operating equipment, and ensuring safe, efficient completion of restoration tasks.

Qualifications

• Some relevant experience in emergency restoration (preferred).
• Must have Valid Drivers' License.
• Must pass background check.
• Must have reliable transportation to Main office.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• On call per rotation schedule (Paid OT, 2x pay for on call/ after-hours work).

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager on all job site activities.
• Execute job action plan for restoration production.
• Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to project.
• Work directly and lead team members to remove/demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites.
• Supervise the crew, along with any additional subcontractors or vendors on site.
• Utilize truck mounted extractor efficiently.
• Extract standing water if needed.
• Set up equipment, move tools, and restock vans nightly. Maintain warehouse organization & cleanliness.
• Maintain job site safety.
• Working in confined spaces including heights.
• Properly utilize power tools.
• Able to correctly identify and place drying equipment.
• Utilize Company software to document loss sites alongside project manager.
• Take photos at different stages of a project.
