DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to work alongside the Mitigation Service Team, restoring properties damaged by water, fire, or mold. The role involves removing damaged materials, extracting water, and coordinating with the crew to execute the restoration action plan on site.

You will handle equipment, adhere to safety standards, and communicate workflow with the Foreman and Supervisors.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the main office.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various environments.
• Capable of working in a team and following safety procedures (OSHA respirator use).

Aufgaben

• Remove/demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites.
• Extract standing water when needed and assist with restoration production.
• Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans on job sites.
• Clean up affected areas and debris, supporting foreman and supervisors.
• Operate power tools and drying equipment in confined spaces and heights.

Job Summary

The Lead Restoration Technician is responsible to work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team restoring buildings that have been damaged by Water, Fire, Mold, or other causes. This role works closely with our team members to perform a variety of tasks such as removing and demolishing materials that cannot be restored, extracting standing water, and cleaning up affected materials and areas at job sites. Responsible for executing job action plans, manipulating contents, working in confined spaces, and utilizing power tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites
• Extract standing water if needed
• Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans
• Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debris
• Assisting Project Forman with job site production
• Maintaining job site safety
• Execute job action plan for restoration production
• Contents manipulation
• Working in confined spaces including heights
• Utilization of power tools
• Assist with warehouse duties
• Utilise truck mounted Extractor efficiently
• Identify and place drying equipment
• Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with Foreman and Supervisors

Required Qualifications

• Must have Valid Drivers' License
• Must have reliable transportation to Main office
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
• Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
• Working in a team environment
• Working in tight or confined spaces

Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
