Job summary

DRYmedic Little Elm is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field operations on water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs in the Little Elm area. You will run jobs independently with PM support, perform demo tasks, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires 2+ years in restoration or related field, with strong leadership and documentation skills to support insurance claims. Training and certifications are offered as part of growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restoration, construction, or related field.
• Experience with insurance documentation and mitigation scopes preferred.
• Strong leadership — you own the job site.
• Clean driving record (required).
• IICRC certification a plus but not required.
• Detail oriented — documentation accuracy directly impacts claims.
