Job summary

Crown Disaster Management is seeking a driven Mitigation Estimator/Project Manager to walk losses, build accurate estimates, and shepherd the job from first contact to completion. Based in Alpharetta, GA, you will perform on-site assessments of water, fire, mold, and storm damage, and develop accurate mitigation estimates using Xactimate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration estimating or project management.
• Proficiency in Xactimate is required.
• Experience with Matterport 3D scanning is required.
• Familiarity with Symbility/Cotality, Dash, DocuSketch, or DocuSign is a plus.
• Strong communication with homeowners, adjusters, and crews.

Crown Disaster Management is a growing restoration company serving North and Central Georgia. We're looking for a driven Mitigation Estimator/Project Manager to join our team - someone who can walk a loss, build an accurate estimate, and see the job through from first contact to completion.

What You'll Do

• Perform on-site assessments of water, fire, mold, and storm damage
• Develop accurate mitigation estimates using Xactimate
• Manage active jobs from assignment through completion, serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners and adjusters
• Coordinate with mitigation crews to ensure scopes are followed and timelines are met
• Document job progress, moisture readings, and photo documentation throughout the loss
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and carriers to support claim approvals
• Maintain organized job files and ensure all documentation is complete

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration estimating or project management
• Proficiency in Xactimate (required)
• Experience with Matterport 3D scanning (required)
• Familiarity with Symbility/Cotality, Dash, DocuSketch, or DocuSign (a plus)
• Structural restoration experience (a plus)
• Strong communication skills - you'll be talking to homeowners, adjusters, and crews daily
• Self-starter who can manage multiple active jobs without constant oversight
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience
• Monthly performance bonus (after 90-day probationary period)
