Job summary

Windsor is hiring a Manager in Training in Louisville, KY. The role acts as an Assistant Manager while completing courses and gaining hands-on experience to move up to a keyed store management position.

You will coach a team, drive sales through 4-Step selling techniques, and ensure adherence to policies and loss-prevention standards. You will direct daily operations, develop team performance, and help maintain Windsor’s visual standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience or 6 months working for Windsor at store-level
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team
• Able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
• Communicates well in one-on-one and group settings
