Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an MBA program and completion of an Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Computer Science degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotational assignments across key domains (e.g., New Technology Validation, Autonomy Design, Product Electrification).
• Benefit from mentorship by a senior Caterpillar executive and structured leadership development.
• Complete a 12–18 month assignment with onsite attendance five days a week across designated locations.
