Caterpillar Inc. in Lafayette, Indiana, invites you to join the Lafayette OTD Rotational Program (LORP). This three-year program offers three 1-year rotations across the Large Engine business, based in Lafayette, IN, with on-the-job learning and diverse project responsibilities.

You will gain exposure to quality, manufacturing engineering, supply chain planning, and logistics, while collaborating with global teams and Caterpillar leadership to develop technical and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent grad with a minimum Bachelors' degree in one of the listed programs.
• GPA 2.8/4.0 (no rounding) and graduation by May 2027 or earlier.
• Interest in large-engine manufacturing and order-to-delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• participate in a 3-year Lafayette OTD Rotational Program (LORP) with three 1-year assignments.
• gaining experience in quality, manufacturing engineering, supply chain planning, logistics and operations supervision.
