Job summary

Montage Hotels & Resorts is seeking candidates for the IMPACT Food & Beverage Front of House MIT Program in Laguna Beach. You will be immersed in day-to-day F&B operations, delivering elevated guest service in a luxury setting and working closely with leadership on projects.

The program emphasizes mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance into supervisory roles. Candidates should be team players with a passion for guest experiences and integrity.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a two- or four-year college or university.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to collaborate in a team environment.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Experience in food & beverage ops within a hotel/resort is a plus.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be hands-on in day-to-day F&B operations.
• Attend meetings, improve processes, and build relationships.

Physical Requirements

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis

The pay scale for the MIT/IMPACT role is $XX,00.00 to $XX,000.00. The pay scale is the base salary wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
