Windsor Fashions is seeking a Part-time Windsor Manager-in-Training in Seattle to work closely with the Store Manager, driving sales and coaching a stylish, customer-focused team.

You will participate in courses and hands-on experience to transition to a keyed leadership role while upholding Windsor's values and standards in daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Part-time Windsor Manager-in-Training role with pathway to a key position.
• Assist Manager in driving store productivity, payroll, and expenses.
• Coach a high-performing team of Stylists with respect and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Stylists to meet sales goals and standards.
• Ensure daily operations, payroll, shrink, and expenses are controlled.

Why You Matter
As a part time Windsor Manager in Training, you are working to become part of our future leadership team! You act as an Assistant Manager while taking the necessary courses and hands on experience to successfully pass to a keyed position. You support the team in driving our mission statement in your store. You are responsible, in partnership with your Store Manager, for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
