The incumbent will oversee strategy, portfolio governance, and cross-functional transformation, ensuring safe, compliant operations while delivering shareholder value and talent progression.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years in engineering/infra consulting with leadership scope.
• Experience leading portfolio governance and P/L accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and communicate BU vision aligned with Vision 2030 and corporate goals.
• Set market strategy, grow portfolio, and drive profitable growth.
• Oversee portfolio budgets, forecasts, and ETCS with risk management.
• Lead enterprise transformation of the Mississippi BU into a scalable platform.
• Build BU leadership team and drive talent attraction, retention, and succession.
