Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate BU vision and strategy aligned with goals.
• Oversee portfolio performance including gross margin and client satisfaction.
• Lead organizational transformation and establish operating disciplines across the BU.
• Build and lead BU leadership with clear performance expectations.
• Manage workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
