Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a campus missionary
• Team Director qualification preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage mission trips for 10-20 trips
• Direct a mission season
• Provide ongoing support to mission directors and staff
• Coordinate recruitment and fundraising goals
• Maintain timely communication with directors and stakeholders
