Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions in Fort Bragg, NC, seeks a training materials specialist to develop and maintain curricula supporting intelligence goals and standards. You will deliver lesson plans, presentations, and curricula aligned with AGILE, TDC, and related educational systems.

The role involves reviewing new policy and doctrine, providing feedback, maintaining training records, and delivering training to military audiences across multiple locations, with DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance preferred.

Qualifications

Job description

• Develops, maintains, and/or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
• Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains material within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.).
• Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.
• Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.

Qualifications:

• 5 years demonstrated experience conducting training at the U.S. in multiple geographic locations.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
• Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.

Desired Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.
• High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.

Certifications:

• Current DoDTop Secret /SCI SecurityClearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
