Job summary

Reliable Robotics is seeking a Mission Systems Software Engineer to design and implement software for airborne, ground, and cloud systems essential to autonomous aviation. You will develop across embedded and Linux platforms, work on the full stack, and drive integration with third‑party hardware and software to ensure a reliable autonomy platform.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Rust or C++, production experience, and familiarity with Linux, AWS, containers, and networking concepts.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years systems-level programming in Rust and/or C++.
• Experience deploying software in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture of airborne, ground, and cloud systems supporting operations and data management.
• Develop, debug, and deploy software across embedded, Linux platform, and application layers.
• Drive integration of complex third-party hardware and software into the autonomy platform.
• Ensure high performance and reliability for daily use in R&D and production.
