Job summary

KBR seeks to hire a Product Integrator who will lead planning, execution, and deployment of new products or complex systems, ensuring all components and stakeholders work together to achieve program objectives. This role blends program management, systems engineering, and cross-functional coordination within the UAS Project Office supporting a Product Office.

The position requires a BS degree and 20 years of related experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret or higher security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, logistics, computer science, information systems, math, business or related discipline; 20 years of related experience (8 years may be substituted for degree).
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Secret or higher security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program-level plans, budgets and schedules to meet contract requirements and enable transition from development to operations.
• Coordinate with program managers and interface with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and QA to ensure alignment and execution.
• Oversee integration of subsystems (hardware, software, IT infrastructure) into a unified solution meeting mission needs.
• Track risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, security requirements (ITAR, COMSEC, OPSEC) and create thorough integration documentation.
• Coordinate design reviews, testing and validation activities to verify requirements compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on program status, issues and risks for stakeholders and leadership.
