Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred for U.S. citizens.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Public Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting executive operations, organizational integration, project management, or executive administration.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, organizations, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive correspondence, reports, and meeting materials.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Ability to proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and drive actions to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage executive schedules, priorities, workflows, and commitments to ensure alignment with leadership intent.
• Drive strategic project planning and execution by tracking milestones, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and maintaining accountability.
• Support high-visibility meetings with agenda development and logistics coordination.
• Prepare executive-level reports, summaries, decision-support materials, and status updates.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication among senior leaders, staff directors, and cross-functional teams.
• Track tasks, suspenses, and deliverables to ensure timely closure across stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
• Provide flexible operational support to executive leadership and staff directors.
• Serve as backup to executive support personnel, including calendar management and continuity of operations.
