Sierra Nevada Corporation in Shalimar, FL is seeking a Mission Systems Operator III to lead advanced mission operations, leverage RADAR and MX-15 systems, and mentor junior operators. You will develop mission plans, analyze data, and ensure safety protocols in a high-stakes DoD environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 4+ years’ related experience, and the ability to obtain/maintain DoD/SCI eligibility. Travel and extended deployments may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a related field; higher experience can substitute for degree.
• Active DoD security clearance and ability to obtain/maintain SCI eligibility.
• Strong knowledge of RADAR, MX-15, and sensor technologies.
