Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking an Operations Engineer to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of mission systems across air, maritime, and ground platforms. You will design, integrate, test, and support mission systems, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure operational readiness and compliance with government requirements.

You will collaborate with Project Manager and CIO, coordinate tasks, document solutions, and lead hands-on implementation.

Qualifications

Detailed-Oriented individual with 2+ years of experience with DOD/DHS operational mission systems, logistics, engineering support, and technical design.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
Proven ability to execute projects with strong communication and teamwork under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Mission System Design, Analysis, and documentation of architecture and requirements.
Install, configure, and test mission systems across hardware platforms and settings.
Develop and deliver operator training for mission systems and sensors.
Create, configure, and validate software/hardware for fleet deployment readiness.
Map C5ISR engineering solutions to enterprise objectives and planning documents.
Manage logistics and configuration tracking for mission system hardware/software.
