Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Tulsa is seeking a Tulsa-based Senior Associate, Field Engineering to support mission systems on a highly specialized airborne platform. The role ensures mission systems readiness, performance, and on-site support aboard ABS aircraft.

The position aligns with the MSCC role, requires the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot complex mission systems, and requires coordination with multiple teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware/software.
• Ability to troubleshoot system problems to line replaceable unit level.
• Experience with evaluating and resolving hardware/software issues.
• Ability to travel up to 40% annually, including CONUS/OCONUS.
• Requires ability to obtain Secret security clearance or holds one.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with engineering teams during hardware/software requirements and testing phases.
• Install and configure electronic equipment and software per specifications.
• Provide on-site engineering support for integration and test events.
• Support ground and flight demonstrations for customers and partners.
• Coordinate with program managers to manage resources and schedules.
