Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr Assoc, Field Engineering professional based in Tulsa, OK. This position supports mission systems operations and ensures operational performance on specialized airborne platforms.

The role involves working closely with engineers to troubleshoot and deliver solutions for complex integrated mission systems, providing direct support for installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience, with strong knowledge of electronic systems and the ability to work in a dynamic operational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years troubleshooting technical and/or software products.
• Ability to support additional program duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Support mission systems performance on ABS aircraft.
• Provide on-site engineering assistance for integration efforts.
• Identify and correct engineering design flaws.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of circuit boards and electronic equipment

Ability to troubleshoot system problems

Experience with EO/IR sensor systems

Strong communication skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
