Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Mission Systems Engineer in the United States to manage a portfolio of systems and lead enterprise IPTs. You will develop system requirements from user needs and lead design, development, and certification activities while ensuring technical integrity across deliverables.
You will interact with government stakeholders, prepare architecture documentation, and guide planning and testing efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI clearance with FULL SCOPE polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- FOURTEEN (14) or more years' experience as a Systems Engineer in mission-oriented programs desired.
Responsibilities
- Guide users in formulating requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
- Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
- Develop technical documentation including system architecture and design docs.
- Guide system development and implementation planning with system engineering management and test plans.
- Interact with Government regarding systems engineering considerations and issues.
- Maintain technical integrity of work and deliverables in the Systems Engineering area.
- Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
