Job summary

MBL Technologies is seeking a Mission Synchronization – Action Officer to support modernization, cybersecurity protection, and mission synchronization within a complex defense environment. This role requires close coordination with senior leaders, program offices, cybersecurity and technical teams, and other defense organizations.

Qualifications

• Baseline cybersecurity knowledge at approximately the CompTIA Security+ level or equivalent.
• Strong project, task, and action‑management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Experience interfacing with clients, senior leadership, and multiple organizations.
• Experience coordinating meetings and activities with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with DoD 8140‑aligned cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cybersecurity mitigation, modernization, and mission priorities across organizations.
• Manage scheduling, classified meeting logistics, staff taskers, and action items.
• Develop read‑ahead materials, briefing packages, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate engagements with defense offices, NSA, and technical teams.
• Schedule cybersecurity mitigation events, working groups, and site visits.
• Handle classified meeting requirements and attendee coordination for mission events.
• Document decisions, track requirements, and route actions to appropriate teams.
• Translate leader direction into actionable tasks for technical teams.
• Support requirements gathering, risk identification, and mission synchronization.
• Pre‑brief senior leaders and facilitate coordination forums.
