Qualifications

• 8+ years of federal acquisition support experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5-10 people.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated knowledge of development within Microsoft Power Apps.
• Demonstrated success forming strong working relationships with government program managers and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer-engagement skills.
• Ability to pass a government background investigation; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the business management division and staff across the program.
• Oversee program execution, planning, logistics, and staffing requirements; manage daily tasks and deliverables.
• Develop solutions for client tasks through technological innovation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with CBP and other stakeholders to monitor milestones and performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
