• Architect and deliver end-to-end mission software solutions across cloud, edge, and on-premises environments.
• Partner with Business Development, the CTO organization, and program leadership to shape opportunities and grow pipeline.
• Establish modern engineering practices, AI-assisted DevSecOps, automated CI/CD, IaC, and Agile delivery as standards.
