Leidos is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems supporting critical mission needs. You will translate user requirements into software solutions, develop and modify software, and troubleshoot defects.

Qualifications

Minimum seven years of experience as a Software Engineer on programs of similar scope and complexity.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
Design, code, and modify software to add capabilities and improve performance.
Integrate software into new or modified systems and environments.
Develop data queries and database interfaces; work with systems engineers to understand requirements and constraints.
Review and test software components and document results; contribute to software development processes.
