Job summary

GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF MISSISSIPPI is seeking a part-time Mission Services Coordinator to manage data, documentation, and day-to-day logistics for Mission Services. You will compile monthly service data reported to Goodwill Industries International, covering all programs under Workforce Development and Mission Services.

The role also handles MDRS coordination for adult VR clients and Pre-ETS students, audits Jackson-area files for CARF compliance, and prepares monthly billing documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience in administrative support, records management, data entry, or related field.
• Experience with vocational rehabilitation, MDRS, or human services documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and submit monthly service data to GII for all Workforce Development and Mission Services programs.
• Maintain and audit Jackson-area client and student files for CARF compliance.
• Prepare monthly billing documentation and organize purchasing, event logistics, and travel arrangements.
• Provide general support to Program Managers, the Director of Mission Services, and the VP of Workforce Development.
• Plan and host quarterly VR/MDRS luncheons and manage department travel.
