General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a full-time Mission Coordinator, Scheduler, and Data Analyst with an active TS/SCI clearance and Counter-Intelligence Polygraph at Beale Air Force Base, CA.

The role combines mission coordination, resource scheduling, and data analysis within a small team. Expect responsibilities ranging from requirements gathering to publishing schedule products, with occasional travel and after-hours work.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent required; STEM, Operational Analysis, Intelligence/Info Ops preferred.
• 5+ years supporting Air Force operations highly desired; ISR Operations, Mission Planning experience valued.
• Knowledge of datalinks, networks/architecture, and relay systems.
• MS Office, especially Excel, experience required; certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide resource allocation and services scheduling as part of a small team.
• Identify and analyze mission and customer needs; gather requirements for scope/objectives.
• Develop and publish schedule products for partners and customers; manage change and rescheduling.
• Perform data, risk, and process measurements using quantitative analysis.
• Collaborate with customer reps and stakeholders to satisfy scheduling solutions.
• Produce reports and briefings; assist in future planning for resources and services.
