Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a mission-ready Supply Technician to perform supply and procurement duties in the Training Support Center (TSC) at Fort Irwin. You will manage property, inventory, and purchasing processes, ensuring compliance with FAR and government regulations while supporting daily operations for the TSC.

The role requires 4+ years in supply or material control, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of specialized experience in supply or material control.
• Ability to document and maintain accurate status of requisition actions through delivery.
• Experience with requisitioning, warehousing, control and documentation of government property.
• Must possess a valid California driver's license.
• Must obtain a Common Access Card to utilize government operating systems.
• Ability to obtain a Company Purchase Card to execute purchases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research products and negotiate terms with vendors, including price, margin, exclusivity, and delivery terms.
• Receive, store, stock materials, supplies, tools, and spares; assess quality and escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory locations, track CLINs, and forecast needs across sections.
• Process purchase requests, place and track orders, and document requisitions from start to finish.
• Maintain biweekly credit card reports with required receipts for corporate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and government contracting regulations.
• Assist with property inventory and documentation for newly cataloged items.
• Provide customer assistance and guidance to military and civilian staff.
