Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Supply Chain Management Lead (Contingency) to lead and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities in support of ILS2 Task Order execution. The role involves planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution across dispersed environments to sustain mission readiness.

The position requires extensive experience in DoD or related operations, strong leadership, and the ability to drive improvements while coordinating with diverse stakeholders and contractors.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in supply chain/logistics or related military operations.
• Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and environments.
• Security clearances as required by contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee supply chain operations for Task 2 mission requirements.
• Direct supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, transportation synchronization, warehousing and distribution activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, transportation providers, subcontractors, and government reps to ensure efficient movement and sustainment.
• Monitor performance, inventory levels, and logistics metrics to support mission readiness.
• Identify risks, shortages, bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide status updates and recommendations to program leadership.
