CAE USA Inc. is seeking an on-call flight instructor to provide T-44A/C aircraft systems instruction in classroom and simulator settings.

The role includes developing curriculum, reviewing lessons, and supporting training policy updates, with focus on DoD aviation standards. The position requires prior military flying or FAA flight instructor credentials, plus 1,000+ hours of flight time and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
• Be a prior military pilot or possess a FAA flight instructor certificate with Airplane Multi-Engine and Instrument-Airplane ratings.
• Have a minimum of 1,000 hours of flight time, knowledge of DoD rules and regulations governing aircraft operations.

Responsabilités

• Provides pilot procedures instruction in classroom and simulator environments.
• May assist with the development and updates of training devices.
• Assists as a Subject Matter Expert in curriculum development for new type courses and reviews of lessons.
• Supports implementation of training policies and procedures.
• Maintains proficiency in operation of Aircrew Training Devices and conducts classroom evaluations.
