Job summary

Dawson is seeking an experienced Exercises Coordinator to support Air Force training and mission readiness at Shaw AFB. You will plan, coordinate, track, and support diverse exercises including large-scale joint events and simulated training environments.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Minimum of three years in a military environment.
• Minimum of two years as a Flight Scheduler in a DoD flying squadron.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track unit participation in scheduled training exercises.
• Monitor exercise schedules and provide status updates to leadership.
• Support planning and execution of major exercises.
• Liaise with operations, training, and scheduling teams to align objectives.
• Maintain exercise planning records and AARs.
• Develop leadership briefings and status reports.
