Career Opportunities seeks an Exercises Coordinator for Shaw Air Force Base to support operational training and mission readiness. You will plan, coordinate, track, and support a variety of exercises, including large-scale and joint events, utilizing live fire and virtual environments.

The role requires coordinating across organizations to ensure training objectives are met and evaluated, with emphasis on thorough planning, documentation, and leadership communication.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum of three years in a military environment.
• Minimum of two years serving as a Flight Scheduler in a DoD flying squadron.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track unit participation in scheduled training exercises and mission readiness activities.
• Monitor exercise schedules and provide status updates to squadron leadership.
• Support planning and execution for major exercises including Air Force and joint events.
• Coordinate with planning teams to ensure objectives are integrated and achieved.
• Maintain exercise records, briefs, and supporting documentation.
• Disseminate planning information across classified and unclassified systems.
