Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working in the field on construction projects or 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
• Experience in using GPS and/or total station equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Coordinate critical path work to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure contractors follow site safety standards.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Proficiency in calculating percent grade

Experience with project management

Ability to manage priorities

Experience directing work between trades

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management
